Delete Your Account

You can permanently delete your MindGlyph account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and exactly what is removed and what is kept. It applies to accounts created by playing as a guest or by signing in with Google or Apple.

1. Delete from inside the app (fastest)

1. Open MindGlyph.
2. Go to the menu (☰) → Settings.
3. Scroll to the account section and tap Delete account.
4. Confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately.

2. Request deletion without the app

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@mindglyph.app from the address linked to your account (or include your friend code or display name so we can locate it). We will verify the request and delete the account within 30 days, and confirm by email when it is done.

3. What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes all data tied to it from our servers, including:

• Your profile — display name, avatar, email, and sign-in link.
• All gameplay data — puzzle results, streaks, scores, coins, experience/level, achievements, and per-game progress.
• Social data — friend connections, your friend code, and challenges you sent or joined.
• Push notification tokens and notification settings.
• Feedback you submitted through the in-app form.

Deletion is immediate and irreversible — progress cannot be recovered afterward.

4. What may be retained

• Anonymous, aggregated analytics that are no longer linked to you and cannot identify you.
• Minimal records we are legally required to keep (for example, fraud, security, or tax records), retained only as long as the law requires and then deleted.
